"Super trustworthy company! I enquired with Sunsave as my bills were quite high, wanting to size up additional solar and battery to help bring them down. Lachlan came around to do an assessment, but when he looked over my existing solar and battery system (6.6kW solar and 20kWh battery), he suspected something wasn't right based on my bill. He sat down with me, looked over the existing system, and found the exact issue — the previous installers hadn't programmed the settings correctly! Lachlan gave me a list of things to ask the other installers to fix. I came in expecting to be sold a whole new system, but instead he helped me fix my existing one. "We recently installed a solar battery with Sun Save, and the whole experience from sales to installation was very smooth. The team was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and the installer was very professional. Our home has limited roof space and some shading from trees, so our solar panel system is not very large. Before installing the battery, we could only reduce our electricity bill by around 35–40%, and the solar export was not enough to cover the daily supply charge. After installing the battery and switching to Globird Energy, the system works really well for our situation. Our latest electricity bill is actually $0, and we even received a credit on the account. We are now fully electric and no longer use gas, so we have no electricity bill and no gas bill at all, which is amazing. We can also use multiple appliances at night without worrying about electricity costs. Overall, we are very happy with Sun Save and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a solar battery system."

"I found Sunsave Co on Facebook from one of their ads, and I had someone ring me and organise Lachlan to come out. He was actually the owner of the business, and he came to my house, had a look at what's involved and explained how it works and the cost of the system. I chose to go with him to support a young Aussie business. A couple of weeks later the install was organised. It took about 4 hours and the installer's name was Germaine - he did a really good job. I had my electrician mate come out and he said it was bloody good work. Lachlan came out about a week later to my house and explained to me how the whole system worked now that it had been installed, and showed me the app. Overall very happy with Sunsave, would recommend to my friends and family."

"Sunsave have recently replaced our very old, small battery system with a 32 kWh battery and a 5 kW inverter. From the initial contact with Riley (sales) to the installation and final inspection the whole process went smoothly. Lachlan was involved in helping us make choices and was happy to do an on-site follow-up visit to explain a few technical issues. Our previous billing company reduced the feed in tariff (FIT) to zero so the financial benefit of solar panels was much diminished. We changed our billing company to Flowpower which has a ‘ happy hour ‘ where they take power back to the grid from our 32kWh battery between 5.30 - 7.30 PM and pay us for it. Lachlan set this up for us. Our most recent bill has a $78 FIT credit. Beautiful! We are happy to recommend Sunsave to anyone considering installing a solar battery system."
